IRAD’s Human Resources Department is responsible for the overall administrative management of all the staff. This department consists of three Services: Research Personnel Service, the Non-Research Personnel Service and the Prospective Training and Social Relations Department.

Its main mission is to ensure the administration of IRAD’s research staff, which can be broken down into the following points:
Physical and digital file management of Research Personnel;
Career follow-up of Research Personnel
Its main mission is to ensure the administration of the Non-Research Personnel which includes those recruited and paid by IRAD and those put at its disposal by the public service. Its missions are as follows:

Career follow-up of non-research personnel
This department mainly deals with the prospecting of all the training courses that can be beneficial to all staff. It thus trains staff with a profile that is compatible with these training courses, in order to increase their productivity and enhance IRAD’s competitiveness. On the other hand this service is responsible for the affiliation of staff recruited and paid by IRAD to the national social insurance (CNPS).
